We offer individual therapy for adults. Our clinicians specialize in areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, life transitions, and more.

Q: Do you offer in-person or telehealth sessions?
We currently offer both telehealth and limited in-person sessions. Telehealth is provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform for your convenience and privacy.

Q: How do I know which clinician is right for me?
Our intake coordinator will help match you with a clinician based on your preferences, clinical needs, availability, and insurance coverage. You can also review our clinician bios on our website.

Q: What should I expect from my first therapy sessions?
At the beginning of treatment, your clinician will conduct an intake assessment with you where information regarding your overall history will be gathered. Following this, you will work in collaboration with your clinician on developing a treatment plan.
