Meet Our Therapists

Our therapists are fully licensed. Each therapist offers expertise with the populations in which they serve, the treatments that they specialize in the modalities that they utilize during treatment.

Steven Anthony (he/him), LCSW

I  am a licensed social worker with over 8 years of experience in the field. I was drawn to this important work after witnessing the impact that compassionate social workers had on my family during difficult times in my childhood. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am deeply committed to social justice and strive to create an affirming, inclusive space where all clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My work has focused on supporting individuals navigating chronic health conditions, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. I frequently incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into my practice, but I always tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. My approach is deeply person-centered. While many factors contribute to a successful therapeutic relationship, I believe that rapport is the foundation. I strive to see beyond the challenges brought into the room, focusing instead on the whole person experiencing them. Whatever you're going through, you don’t have to face it alone. Thank you for the opportunity to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.

Tiffany Menard (she/her), LADC I

I am an ally to those who suffer with substance use disorders not only professionally, but personally, as I have had many family and friends who are in active use, recovery, or who have sadly lost their battles. I have made the decision to use my personal experiences to help others. I provide support to adults who may struggle with substance use, codependency concerns, or are allies of those who struggle with substance use. Those who eventually make their way to see me are usually experiencing a difficult time in their lives, which will be met in a judgment-free zone with compassion and best clinical practices. I also believe strongly in the healing power of animals. As an animal lover, I find joy in spending time with my two 110-pound dogs, who I walk daily and who remind me of the importance of connection and presence. As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), I have the experience and training to help clients explore the outcomes of their current circumstances. This is achieved by using multiple therapy modalities that include Strength-Based, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT), and teaching you different tools to cope with many situations. My hope is to meet clients where they are and assist them with getting to where they would like to be. I am committed to building a therapeutic rapport while developing person-centered plans to assist you on your pathway to a healthier, happier you. Please reach out for availability.

Dontie Wilkinson (she/her), LICSW

I am the owner of ReAlign Wellness Group. I enjoy working with individuals from varying backgrounds and cultures, supporting them in working through challenges associated with racial identity. I also work with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and relationship challenges. I utilize somatic techniques including Brainspotting and Mindfulness along with IFS informed treatment (Parts-work) and CBT. I provide a comfortable, safe and trusting space where you will be heard, feel supported and can begin your journey of healing, recovery and transformation. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and rabbits, being in nature, hiking and traveling. I look forward to collaborating with you.
