Meet Our Therapists
Our therapists are fully licensed and deeply committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. Each therapist has specific areas of expertise, including the populations they work with, the concerns they treat, and the therapeutic modalities they use. This allows us to offer thoughtful, individualized treatment that supports meaningful and lasting change.
Dontie Wilkinson (she/her), LICSW
I am the owner of ReAlign Wellness Group. I enjoy working with individuals from varying backgrounds and cultures, supporting them in working through challenges associated with racial identity. I also work with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and relationship challenges. I utilize somatic techniques including Brainspotting which I am certified in and Mindfulness, along with IFS informed treatment (Parts-work) and CBT. I provide a comfortable, safe and trusting space where you will be heard, feel supported and can begin your journey of healing, recovery and transformation. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and rabbits, being in nature, hiking and traveling. I look forward to collaborating with you.
